Attention Inactive Membership Certificate Holders,
Effective April 15, 2026 Hannastown Golf Club is offering an inactive Membership Certificate redemption to those individuals who were members prior to 2026. Inactive Membership Certificate holders will be allowed to redeem their inactive Membership Certificate in exchange for a voucher valued at the face value of the Membership Certificate.
This redemption process will last from 4/15/26 until the end of our fiscal year, 9/30/26. After this date all inactive Membership Certificates will become null and void, hold no further value, and become property of Hannastown Golf Club as per the bylaws.
All inactive Membership Certificate holders will need to bring their original inactive Membership Certificate to Hannastown Golf Club, located at 441 Blank School Rd, for redemption consideration and provide an email address. If you are out of the area, then you can mail your certificate to Hannastown Golf Club at the address on this letterhead and our website. Hannastown will not be responsible for any lost mail by the USPS. Terms and Conditions of the voucher will be emailed to any inactive Membership Certificate holder that turns in his or her Membership Certificate. We would like to offer all inactive Membership Certificate holders an opportunity to join Hannastown Golf Club. There is no additional cost, other than current 2026 dues in full and a $250 application fee if you join by 5/31/26. This means you will owe no back dues, payments, or initiation fees. You will be subject to any utilization fees the club has in place for 2026.
Every attempt to communicate this letter is being made by advertising in the newspaper, on our website, via social media, email, and regular mail. Please tell any of your friends that have inactive Membership Certificates if they do not use these means of communication.
